Annika is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a B.S. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management with a minor in Real Estate Development.

In addition to her academic achievements, Annika is the founder of Annika’s Customs, a custom college apparel business that creates personalized clothing for students and university communities. Through her entrepreneurial venture, she has developed hands-on experience in branding, marketing, customer relations, and business operations.

Annika’s time with Coldwell Banker complemented her interests in both real estate and business, providing valuable industry experience as she continues to grow her entrepreneurial career.

Risha is a rising senior at Fordham University, where she is pursuing a B.S. in Marketing with a strong interest in fashion, branding, and digital marketing.

Throughout her internship with Coldwell Banker, Risha supported a variety of marketing and administrative initiatives, including updating website content, creating buyer packages for prospective clients, managing digital marketing materials, and assisting with day-to-day operations. 

Risha's experience at Coldwell Banker strengthened her skills in marketing, content creation, and client communications while providing valuable insight into the real estate industry. She plans to pursue a career in fashion and brand marketing after graduation.

​After interning with Coldwell Banker in 2023, Zach began his career at BioMed Realty, where he has been since August 2023. He started in Property Management and later transitioned into Leasing.

Today, Zach supports leasing operations across approximately 8 million square feet of life science real estate throughout the East Coast and United Kingdom markets. In his current role, he works with tenants and stakeholders to help drive occupancy and growth across a diverse portfolio of properties.

Parker Wu interned with Coldwell Banker from 2019 through 2021, gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry while developing a strong foundation in the business.

Today, Parker is an Acquisitions Analyst at NorthBridge Partners, a commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Wakefield, Massachusetts. In his role, he focuses on the underwriting, valuation, and due diligence of industrial real estate investments across the East Coast. Parker works to evaluate acquisition opportunities and support investment decisions as part of the firm's growing portfolio. He plans to continue building his career in commercial real estate acquisitions.
