TERMS
Exclusive Right-to-Sell Listing
The standard contractual listing agreement in which a Seller appoints a broker to sell the property, and agrees to pay a commission to that broker when the property is sold, regardless of whether the Buyer is found by the broker, the owner, another broker, or anyone else.
Executed Contract
A signed contract that establishes a legally enforceable contractual relationship between two or more parties
